wtf.

while uploading pictures in facebook,
mom came back with my phone.
when i wanted to insert my sim card in it,
there's no battery.
i have to wait for another week AGAIN!
they said after one week and come and pick up my phone which was last friday.
and now with no battery.
what kind of service is this.
